ARANB Election of Executives and Directors
The Anglophone Rights Association of New Brunswick is seeking nominations for Executive and Director positions for future vacancies.
Each position will have a two-year term with the exception of President.

Brief Description of Positions
President – establishes vision and direction of the organization, presides over meetings of the executive, manages activities of the executive, performs any media interviews/public communications, meets with government officials and other organizations.
Vice-President – supports the President and acts in place of the President when absent or upon request, and other duties as required by the executive team.
Secretary – attends board and executive meetings, records votes and keeps minutes of board and executive meetings, communicates with individuals and organizations as required, tracks membership, sends notices to members, executives & directors, general office duties, arranges public information meetings and member meetings, completes projects assigned by the President and Vice-President
Treasurer – keeps accurate records of finances, ensures proper process and procedures are followed for all expenditures, performs banking functions, accounts payable and receivable, completes monthly financial reports
Director – assists the executive in all their duties, performs research as required, submits Right to Information Requests, assists with special committees and takes on special projects as required
